Overview‍

Prestige Holistic Healthcare Inc. is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of healthcare professionals and facility partners. As a licensed Temporary Help Agency (License #THA-0000015089), we collect sensitive information to facilitate provincial and federal incentive applications.

What We Collect

Identification: Name, Address, SIN (for tax and grant purposes), and Government ID.
Professional Data: CNO and CPSO license numbers, CVs, Immunization records, and Vulnerable Sector Checks (VSC).
Facility Data: Staffing requirements and administrative contact details.

How We Use Your Data

• To verify eligibility for provincial grants (NRRRI, CCPN, JOIN-LTC).
• To facilitate hospital privileging and credentialing.
• To match candidates with permanent full-time roles in rural Ontario.

Data Security & Storage

Canadian Servers: In compliance with provincial standards, all data is stored on secure, encrypted servers located within Canada.
The 90-Day Purge: To mitigate risk and minimize data liability, all sensitive identity documents (including scans of IDs and SIN cards) are automatically purged from our active servers 90 days after a placement is finalized.

Encryption‍

All candidate documentation is processed through Hushmail for Healthcare. This platform provides OpenPGP encryption, ensuring data is encrypted at rest and in transit, meeting PIPEDA and PHIPA (Ontario) requirements.

Data Transmission & Security: To ensure the highest level of protection for sensitive medical licenses and identification, rest and in transit, meeting the strict requirements of PIPEDA and PHIPA (Ontario).
